Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Maria Tech Inc website and any products or services ordered through it, our Shop, or directly from our team. By using this site or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

Maria Tech Inc provides website and software development, printing and branding, renewable energy (solar) installation, logistics, delivery and construction services, operated through the Maria Tech group of companies. Specific pricing, timelines and deliverables for custom work are set out in your quotation or invoice, which forms part of your agreement with us for that job.

2. Orders and Quotations

Shop orders are confirmed once you contact us via WhatsApp and we acknowledge your order. Custom work (websites, printing runs, solar systems, construction, logistics) begins only after a written quotation is accepted. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion, in which case any payment already made will be refunded in line with our Return Policy.

3. Payment

Payment terms are stated on your invoice or quotation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work on custom projects begins after a deposit is received, and final deliverables are released upon full payment.

4. Intellectual Property

Designs, code and creative work we produce for you become your property once paid in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Maria Tech Inc retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

5. Limitation of Liability

We work to deliver every project to a high standard, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, Maria Tech Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia.
